That said, we want to provide you with a clear understanding of the recent disruption that led to our blockchain services being temporarily offline. We under promised in our previous announcement to ensure that we provided the worst case scenario. The issue arose due to a delay in account credits from One2Cloud, causing a discrepancy in our account balance. It's important to note that Alibaba has a strict 24-hour timeframe for addressing such credit shortfalls, after which their automated system suspends instances for security reasons. After discussing the matter with Alibaba, we were able to negotiate a three-day extension instead of the standard 24 hours due to our positive working relationship. During this period, One2Cloud rectified the credit situation, bringing us back to normal operation. To prevent similar occurrences, One2Cloud has now implemented enhanced credit threshold alerts and added more contact points for quicker notifications. In addition, the Vultr backup instance, which is used as a last-resort measure, faced challenges due to a lack of synchronisation with the blockchain. Estimating the time needed to synchronise accurately was difficult in this case which complicated matters further. To prevent future disruptions, we've taken the following actions: 1. Reactivated the Alibaba Active Genesis Block. 2. Set up daily synchronization for the Alibaba Backup Genesis Block with appropriate settings. 3. Migrated half the validators to Tencent Cloud to have multi vendor redundancy. 4. Implemented weekly synchronization for the Tencent Backup Genesis Block on a newly created instance, replacing the Vultr instance. We are also building a strong working relationship with Tencent Cloud so we are quite happy with this change. 5. Retired the Vultr Backup Genesis Block and migrated to a more robust Tencent Cloud vendor. 6. Planned the deployment of a Selfhosting Validators (Community Owned) scheduled for the future. Framework for this has already been completed as this was already part of the plan. 7. Introduced Dev house On-Premises Backup Genesis Block, aligning with specified configurations. Why is the genesis server important "The genesis server is the first peer (connection) in any blockchain-based protocol. It is the basis on which additional validators are added to form a blockchain network." By moving some of the validator clusters from Alibaba to Tencent Cloud, we have multi-vendor redundancy to make sure that 2/3 of our validator network don't go offline meaning the blockchain will remain online. Also by adding in the framework for self-hosting validators this will help safeguard the blockchain going down. As we're right now in a low activity window we've decided to perform a maintenance of our blockchain, deploying backup on several providers (Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud) to mitigate any risk associated to server hosting. During this period the blockchain is stopped, and we will confirm when services are back, the estimated timeframe is 1 week but will fine tune the timeline as we progress. @everyone - from dadgoescrypto We've announced the phase out of Alchemist mid March, and wanted to provide visibility on the last steps of this process: 1️⃣ -dAPP availability: In theory, chains created on the very last day should have reached 150% on 05/30 for Silver chains and 06/21 for Gold chains. In order to cover users that have left the chains without paying upkeep we will extend the dAPP availability up to Monday July 17th and then stop it. We don't plan to migrate the dAPP to the new servers. ➡️ You can keep claiming up to July 17th which should cover all active wallets. 2️⃣ -$ALCC in wallet: Once the dAPP will be stopped and we get the funding to cover the $ALCC in the remaining wallets, we will be managing USDT Claim/Airdrop. We won't reopen $ALCC trading with significant price impact each time we approach the liquidity limit => will be valued at 10 USDT per $ALCC (minus the usual 15% Sell Tax) (This is also avoiding spending coders time to rebuild the price stabilization process) Based on the dependency on revenue generated there is no ETA for this last phase yet. The servers are restarted from original hosting services so we can migrate all our data. Mapping is right now on going to ensure we define a clear migration plan. The idea is to migrate assets one by one, and depending on the complexity we may have to stop the application during the migration phase for a couple of hours (we will keep you informed upfront in such case) 1-Dawnswap (no stop needed) 2-Midnight Trades (will need to be down during database migration) 3-Rebate / NFT Shop 4-Validator Dashboard This week is the preparation phase, and we should start the migration next week. ➡️Rebate / NFT Shop: As the servers were down previous week, we will allow an additional week to claim current month USDT-R. We're planning to synchronize Rebate Cycle 4 with the launch of NFT shop => Estimated early July, but no date yet as priority is given to stabilize servers migration. Nevertheless, we have to express our dissatisfaction with Microsoft's lackluster support and the prolonged period it took to rectify the issue. Due to this, we have taken the decision to seek alternative hosting providers with whom we have forged exceptional relationships with. In light of this, we have initiated the preparations for a migration process for all of our Dapps. Please be aware that there might be a temporary disruption during this transition in the coming day(s). Naturally, we will communicate everything in a transparent fashion. @everyone from Dadgoescrypto Status on recovery of our servers: -Dummy account created as requested by support team, ready to be reassigned as super admin role of our subscription. -Unfortunately no answer from support during the day today. (neither from the support engineer nor the manager) -Current ticket has been escalated internally via the support twitter account. -Duplicated ticket created in US timezone to get accelerated support -Next steps: Seems the host provider will not assign the super admin role before having received the payment of the subscription (for security reasons as this is a very powerful role). So we have to send the money via wire transfer first, send the proof of transfer and get it validated by finance first. Then the finance team will give the green-light to the support team to perform the role transfer. This process can take up to 4 days after payment is done... In the meantime we had an extension of 30 days to ensure our data is protected during this period. Will keep you posted of the progress.

Server update: from Dadgoescrypto No major update on our server reactivation so far: Support has been contacted via mail but we have not been able to get a phone call. The team has followed the steps requested in the mail received from support and we're now waiting for the proper account to be restored admin rights. The support is provided in the same timezone as the subscription, so in Asia in our case.

Timeline Update: from dadgoescrypto Status on operational items as we're closing this week: ➡️ Midnight Trades: Current release is stable all the issues reported that were related to the latest updates have been fixed. Critical items for the NFT shop: -So far we've not been able to import Governors of Infinity Collection, this is our first ERC-1155 Collection and seems more complex than anticipated. -The team is also still working on Collection Import iteration 2 that is expected to deliver a sniffer capability to capture events from the blockchain for imported collection such as wallet transfer. => this is key to get this deployed and functional before the shop is started as by definition the NFT shop will airdrop the NFT to your wallet and this needs to be visible in MT. Several items are in the last phase prior final test ex: -New filtering and sorting options -Floor Price fix ➡️ NFT Shop: Midnight Trades readiness remains a prerequisite to NFT Shop launch, we may well get the shop ready and waiting for MT to be released. The latest estimate is that there is still one shift of Quality assurance to process and we were supposed to get a first tesnet version of the shop tonight. The plan was then to be able to run some user test over the WE and start to work on the findings early next week... Based on the server downtime until Monday, this plan is no more valid as most probably now the testnet version will be released Monday close of business and user test may only start on Tuesday... Assuming 2/3 days of user tests, its means basically that the results of the first user tests should be started to be reworked starting next Friday 26th... Now the big "?" remains the progress of MT critical features in parallel. Based on this uncertainty and the fact we will have to manage transition to Cycle 4 during the last week of June: It sounds more realistic to expect the NFT shop early July now. As usual, we will keep you posted on progress and hope to be able to improve this date but being 5 days from the previous target, we prefer to remain transparent on the evolution of the planning as we progress / face challenges. ➡️ Alchemist: No update at this stage on the script, this is lower priority as user can still claim in the meantime and keep progressing the chains toward the 150% cut off. Dads update: The root cause has been identified: our servers have been de-activated and can not be reactivated without action from the hosting service support. Why ? When we have moved from ".finance" to ".network" the account that was having the administration role has been wiped out, and assigned to an native host provider directory. This account is the only one that can perform billing actions / renew subscriptions etc... Basically preventing us to pay the subscription renewal. Action plan: Support ticket has been opened and pending comeback. Pls note it may take up to Monday to get the associated ticket closed. Reminder: arrow_right this is only impacting the various dAPPs but the blockchain / scanners are up and running.

Hello @everyone, The bridge has been halted per my previous announcement. The funds to clear the bridge are being processed from the bank and are expected to be available within the next few hours. We anticipate the delivery of the funds by tomorrow latest. Regarding the liquidity top-up for Alchemist Chains, this will likely be topped up alongside the clearance of the bridge, however I still need to confirm this information with the core team. The team is currently asleep, as it is almost 2 AM in Australia. As soon as they wake up, I will promptly communicate and provide further updates on this. Furthermore, it was asked whether the bridge will only be shut down for USDTR to USDT and whether it will also be shut down for USDT to USDTR. USDTR to USDT will be paused as the issue with the bridge is the USDT backing. USDT to USDTR will continue functioning as technically speaking, the USDT backing would be provided by the individual.

Dear @everyone, from Kyle I wanted to take a moment to provide you all with an important update. Following my previous announcement, I recently engaged in an extensive conversation with Leo, which was followed by a comprehensive team meeting aimed at addressing our current situation. It is crucial for us to be completely transparent with each and every one of you: Multichain has undeniably had a negative impact on our operations. This has unquestionably dealt us another blow, especially given our current circumstances. Fortunately, we had not allocated a substantial amount of funds to the Multichain bridge, which means that the impact has been somewhat mitigated. However, all of our funds associated with Multichain are stuck due to the current situation with Multichain’s CEO, which according to Multichain, is the only person with access. This includes the funds we had staked in order for Multichain to adopt us and provide their services to us. As a result, our already challenging position has been further compounded. Consequently, there will be temporary implications for the bridge. When it comes to the bridge, we will be clearing all current pending funds and then pausing it. So, if you have funds in the bridge, the transactions will be pushed through within 72 hours from now. Leo and Joe will be personally taking responsibility for this and funding these transactions with money from their own businesses. We are on track to deploy the NFT shop within the next weeks and Pinnacle Staking soon after (continuous communication will be made by DadGoesCrypto in regards to its development). We want to emphasize that we are striving for utmost transparency in sharing this information, but for the time being, while the rebate program will continue, bridging out will be temporarily rendered impossible while we gather funds to be able to back the bridge. Redlight Network remains 100% committed to clearing the rebate and we are working on building sustainable revenue streams that will see it to completion. We are actively in talks with VCs to expand our revenue streams and there is a lot of interest in our technology, so we’re not necessarily worried about that part. Rest assured, we will provide you all with a roadmap outlining our plans. Additionally, we are in discussions with our prominent upcoming partners to establish new Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), allowing us to share further information about the exciting future that lies ahead.
