Status on recovery of our servers:
-Dummy account created as requested by support team, ready to be reassigned as super admin role of our subscription.
-Unfortunately no answer from support during the day today. (neither from the support engineer nor the manager)
-Current ticket has been escalated internally via the support twitter account.
-Duplicated ticket created in US timezone to get accelerated support
-Next steps:
Seems the host provider will not assign the super admin role before having received the payment of the subscription (for security reasons as this is a very powerful role).
So we have to send the money via wire transfer first, send the proof of transfer and get it validated by finance first.
Then the finance team will give the green-light to the support team to perform the role transfer.
This process can take up to 4 days after payment is done...
In the meantime we had an extension of 30 days to ensure our data is protected during this period.
