No major update on our server reactivation so far:
Support has been contacted via mail but we have not been able to get a phone call.
The team has followed the steps requested in the mail received from support and we're now waiting for the proper account to be restored admin rights.
The support is provided in the same timezone as the subscription, so in Asia in our case.
